Well there is when the controls are cumbersome and the defaults are somewhat. Luckily the controls are fully customizable so you can get a setup that you are 100% comfortable with. I like to have all my weapons and combat commands on the buttons and other action on the directional buttons, so that’s how I’m setup now. Even then the controls were hard to get used to and took some time but I finally got the hang of piloting my massive mech and got into painting, customizing and generally taking out so-called bad guys.

ARMORED CORE FORMULA FRONT EXTREME BATTLE

if you're really into what's going on here then there's plenty of customizability to be done. You'll find anywhere between 30+ to 70+ parts for any section of your Armored Core, and with the number of sections you'll have access to configuring, this leaves room for a lot of unique designs. The game allows players to re-live the fantastic adventures of young Arthur and his two pals, Selenia and Bétamèche, in their mission to save the Minimoys’ world from destruction. The game is based on the world of Luc Besson’s Arthur and the Minimoys and follows the gripping story of the film, with all the richness and extraordinary visuals of the Arthur universe.

DEF JAM: Fight for the NY Takeover

The console version of Def Jam: Fight for NY did most everything right. It improved upon its predecessor, Def Jam Vendetta, by adding new characters, moves and fighting venues. On top of this, it took the narrative aspect of the game seriously - an area most fighting games tend to overlook. Then it went and applied a gleaming coat of polish to the whole thing, making it one of the best-looking fighters around.

DISGAEA - AFTERNOON OF DARKNESS

With a nearly flawless port of the classic title to the PSP, Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness is a game that any strategy RPG fan should definitely own. Even if you have the PS2 version of the game, the inclusion of Etna Mode as well as the addition of Multiplayer and Geo Cubes places enough of a spin on the game to improve and strengthen the incredibly deep title even more. While it's a bit disappointing that some of the original issues haven't been fixed, this is still an awesome game that works amazingly well on Sony's handheld. If you're a fan, or even slightly interested in the strategy genre, go out and buy this title now. Stop reading and start planning your conquest of the Netherworld.
